Additional User Conduct Terms:

• You understand and agree that Tutbob's performance may vary depending on factors such as internet connection quality, device compatibility, and system requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of Tutbob, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Your continued use of Tutbob after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Severability

If any provision of the Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will still be valid and enforceable.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Tutbob Pty Ltd and users, superseding any previous agreements or understandings.
